VENDORS CANNOT TEAR DOWN EARLIER THAN 3:00 PM ON SUNDAY, MARCH 29.
Those who do will be assessed a fine equal to half of your booth rental cost and may lose your opportunity to return in the future.
To move out on Monday, March 30, you must receive special permission from a LABA staff member prior to March 26th. This is usually only granted to large exhibitors with 400 square feet or more (4+ booths). Contact us at (608) 781-5242 or kaylee@labaonline.com.
Always Open – Need to take a break, eat your lunch, or take a call? Visit the private Vendor Hospitality Room, which the public cannot access. It is located near Arena 2. Beverages are available for vendors while supplies last. Snacks will be available on Saturday and Sunday while supplies last. And catch up on the basketball games. 😉

Always Open – The food trucks will be on site each day for those needing a bite to eat during the show. A coffee truck will be there on Saturday and Sunday. Each vendor will receive coupons for items purchased at the Omni Center concession stand, and the food and coffee trucks located outside the Omni Center. These coupons are only valid during Home Show event hours.
Friday, 8:00-9:30 p.m. – Enjoy beverages from Vernon Vineyards, Hillsboro Brewing Co., and Lost Island Wine after the show is closed to the public on Friday night at the Omni Center. Vendors will be provided complimentary snacks and two beverage tickets. Water will also be available. Additional tickets for alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.

Vendor Contest (Always Happening) – Attendees of the Home Show will be voting for their favorite booth if they fill out our online Participation Survey. The business that wins will receive ONE FREE BOOTH at the 2027 Home Show. To win, make every customer feel special and design an interactive booth space.

Doors will open one hour early ONLY for attendees with a VIP ticket on Friday (March 27) at 3:00pm. General admission ticket holders can enter at the normal event start time (4:00pm). Your business can pre-purchase $8 VIP tickets ($5 for LABA members) for any of your customers who you’d like a little extra time to talk with before the typical rush begins! This could benefit both you and the customer by allowing private one-on-one time with them, answering their specific questions, and securing their interest in your business. Plus, you’d be covering the cost of their Home Show ticket, which means that they can also explore the other vendors and daily activities.
Purchase VIP tickets in-person at the LABA office (816 2nd Ave S, Onalaska, WI) anytime after March 2nd. LABA Members can purchase these tickets for just $5 each.
VIP tickets can be used any time during the show. We cannot charge your account for admission tickets during the show.

There have been a number of spam emails offering the sale of our attendee lists. These are scams and the senders are unauthorized to use the La Crosse Area Builders Association’s name or logo. These scammers are attempting to receive monies from exhibiting companies without providing anything in return. These emails are not approved by our organization, so please be on alert and DO NOT send bank account or other sensitive information over email.
