Homes can be featured by a general contractor (“Builder”) or a subcontractor (“Associate”).

• New homes and full home remodels completed in 2024 or 2025 are eligible for the Parade of Homes. However, if your home was completed before 2024, please let us know because it could still receive special eligibility approval.
• 2024 Parade Homes may be relisted if they have not been sold and have not been lived in since being built.
• The builder/associate entering the new home or remodel must be a member of the La Crosse Area Builders Association. The builder/associate will represent their area of expertise and will need to have the appropriate qualifications needed for the state in which the Parade Home is located. The builder of the new home or remodel must also be a member of the La Crosse Area Builders Association if an associate enters the new home or remodel.

Complete and read through the 2025 Parade of Homes Contract, then send it to the LABA office. Contracts submitted before the entry deadline will then wait for approval from our Parade of Homes event committee. In order to feature a home in our Parade, your business must be an active LABA member. If your home is sold or expected to be occupied during the event dates, a Homeowner Release of Liability form must also be completed.

NOTE: Some subcontractors may offer discounts on their services or products if applied to a home featured in the Parade. LABA can provide you with a list of known discounts offered by our members, but we also recommend that you reach out to all of your subcontractors about other potential offers.

All builders and subcontractors who wish to feature a home must submit the relevant entry fee(s) and a security deposit (via check or credit card) when turning in a completed contract to the LABA office.

Security deposits are refunded after the Parade Committee reviews the event and determines if any penalties apply. To ensure fairness to all builders/associates and to maintain event quality, there are fines per entry based on various factors.
